We are a team of young professionals focused on providing optimal service in every aspect of the real estate industry.
We provide guidance in prospecting, acquiring, financing, and managing real estate spread out over various specialties, whether these apply to multifamily developments, commercial retail centers, office buildings, creative office buildings, industrial buildings, and even down to the residential levels.
Our long-term goal is to intertwine the positives from the traditional aspects of the real estate market with the innovative, appealing, and unique trends of the current local and global real estate markets. We have and will always strive towards new, progressive methods to recognize the current and upcoming trends in the real estate industry.

Our focus is not solely on creating and completing sales, but rather creating a close-knit network of clients who will grow with us for a long, long time.
We want to utilize the knowledge that we possess, intertwine these with the new trends in the real estate industry, and grow with our partners, clients, and fellow real estate professionals.
We will work towards pushing our influence into the global market, with our Cenocore– Korea branch currently being set up in Seoul, South Korea.
ACHIEVEMENTS
01. Acquisition and assemblage of six (6) contiguous parcels in Koreatown, Los Angeles, totaling a combined lot size of over 40,000 SF. This parcel was sold and is currently being entitled to two beautiful buildings, one 70+ unit condominium development, and the other a 120+ unit apartment.
02. Acquisition and entitlement of a 77-unit live/work development in the heart of Koreatown. This type of live/work development is currently utilized in Downtown LA and other high-density areas and can be revolutionary in targeting young, motivated professionals who are starting their own start-ups or trying to take their first steps in their career pursuits.
03. Prospective sale and entitlement of a 200+ unit mixed-use multifamily development.
04. In the process of developing the first “We Work” type co-working space in Koreatown, which is currently dominating the Santa Monica, Venice, Marina del Rey, and other “Silicon Beach” areas. Our leasing team recognized this trend in the Silicon Beach office buildings while finding the perfect office space for our IT-based clientele from overseas.
05. In the process of developing the first Food Hall type development in Koreatown. Union Market, Grand Central Market, Packing House gave us insight into pursuing this popular trend in converting these industrial-looking shell spaces into beautiful, creative spaces that are so popular amongst the younger crowd.
